The innovative educational format of the learning journey is an effective complement to established learning settings. With a clearly structured guide, small learning groups embark on a learning journey that accompanies their daily lives and develop their skills step by step.
The focus is on peer learning: Participants take ownership of their learning through guided prompts, reflecting and practicing. Learning journeys are practical, organized in small units, and spread out over a longer period of time. An Overview of Our Learning Journeys

Leadership Learning Journey
The Leadership Learning Journey develops participants’ self-organization and collaboration skills: guided by a detailed workbook, they organize themselves largely independently in small groups. In these “Learning Circles,” participants learn, reflect, practice, and provide feedback to one another—continuously in short (weekly) learning sessions of 1.5 hours each.

Mental Health Learning Journey
This Mental Health Learning Journey helps people cope with the challenges of everyday (professional) life in a healthy and effective way. Especially in today’s world, it is essential to empower employees to perform their work efficiently and with a focus on the customer, while also ensuring the long-term retention of the workforce.

New Work Mindset Learning Journey
The New Work Mindset Learning Journey is designed for professionals and leaders who want to develop themselves and tackle the challenges of a changing work environment in their day-to-day lives. With topics such as feedback, dealing with diversity, conflict management, a culture of learning from mistakes, leadership, and more, the focus is on the individual development of one’s “mindset.” This process enhances skills in interacting with oneself, colleagues, as well as customers and partners. As a result, self-confidence, respect, and enjoyment can grow in day-to-day collaboration.

Teamwork Learning Journey
The Teamwork Learning Journey helps teams work together more effectively. Participants get to know and trust one another better. An add-on for remote work (@Work) provides insights into how team performance can be improved, even when working from home and across regional boundaries.
